Her Story:

Not yet old enough to have a mammogram, Lisa was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015. As part of her treatment plan she underwent 16 rounds of chemotherapy which should have caused total hair loss before round two. Instead, Lisa used a little-known technology called cold cap therapy to limit her hair loss, enabling her to continue working, volunteering, and living life without anyone knowing about her cancer diagnosis (unless she told them). Using her experience, she founded Warrior Caps, LLC in 2016 to help others limit their hair loss. Today, Warrior Caps has helped patients in 42 states from ages 16 - 84 maintain their privacy while going through treatment.
