Make & Take Kimchi Class

In this class, you will learn make kimchi at home. We will go over the ingredients/tools, talk about how to develop flavors in kimchi, and demonstrate how to properly preserve and ferment kimchi. We will briefly discuss the health benefits of probiotics, and share how to incorporate kimchi in recipes. Each participant will enjoy rice bowl with kimchi at the end and will leave with a batch of kimchi to ferment and enjoy at home.
